I began my yoga journey over 20 years ago as a mechanism to work out, build strength and realize more flexibility. Over the years yoga has served as much more than an exercise routine. It is a pathway for stress management, self-care, reflection, and a way to provide peace and ease for a restless mind.
These benefits of yoga have profoundly impacted my life. My desire is to make yoga accessible to everyone, and to share the joy that it can bring to as many lives as possible.
My Philosophy
Yoga is far more than an exercise practice. It’s a way we can use movement to free the body and mind from stiffness and stress, both physical and mental.
When you mindfully breathe into the movements of yoga, your physical range of motion expands. As you unlock those areas in your body you experience a release in your mind as well. Bringing breath work and meditation into the practice allows you to sink into your body and mind separately from anything else in your
life – to find balance. And peace.
